We work strictly by email, and it's not a workaround — it's how we prefer to run things. A written message means the scope of your project is on record from the first exchange, which protects you as much as it protects us. Can I get a quote without a site visit?
For basement, kitchen, bathroom, flooring and addition work, we need to see the space before quoting accurately. Email us and we'll schedule that visit.
How fast do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond promptly during the work week. If your project has a deadline, mention it and we'll factor that into scheduling.
Do you serve my area?
We're based in Oshawa and cover the Greater Toronto Area, including Durham, Peel, Halton, York and the City of Toronto. Include your city in your email and we'll confirm.
Is there a callback option if I don't want to email?
We operate by email only, across every stage of a project. It's a deliberate choice, not a limitation — it keeps everything in writing for both sides.
What should I include in my first email?
The room or project type, your city, a rough sense of timeline, and any specific concerns — like existing water issues or a wall you suspect is load-bearing. The more detail, the more useful our first reply back.
